I made these cases for a Relay for Life auction. They fit just about any smart phone with or without a hard case on top (unless it's an otterbox case on an iPhone, which is huge).

I don't really have a pattern for these, because I basically winged it as I made it. However, the way I made it was to chain across the length of the bottom of the phone, then single crochet in each stitch around, putting two or three extra stitches in either end, to help round out the bottom.

After you get a good base for it, increasing at the edges for three or so rounds, you just single crochet all the way around to the top of the phone. Then go a little further, but slip stitch into the corners, so that you make flaps at the top.

Sorry if this is a terrible explanation, but like I said, I just sort of made it up as I went along~
